Research interests:
I am interested in understanding the molecular mechanisms of bladder cancer invasion and identifying putative diagnostic/ prognostic biomarkers for disease aggressiveness. Toward that end, I apply state-of-the-art quantitative proteomic technologies for the analysis of bladder cancer cell line models and clinical samples.  In addition, an innovative sample preparation methods were conducted to investigate the changes in the expression level of proteins from total cell extract as well as secretome.
