Research interests:

I have always fantasized viewing structures of biomolecules in their 3-Dimensional space. Albeit during the day, there were very few applications that would actually provide user-friendly visualization. This triggered my motivation towards pursuing a biological based informatics carrier where I could use the advantage of computational techniques for building applications for such viewing of molecules in addition to helping the biological user community who have the same bizarre interests like mine.
On a daily basis, I perform bioinformatics related analysis that includes systems biology approaches for muscle-invasive bladder carcinoma and developing scripts these days has become more like a hobby than an actual job.
Combining the both fields of Network Biology and Structural Biology for all possible bladder carcinoma associated biomolecules in better understanding and visualizing the disease is what I see my research progressing and am hoping it would help vast scientific researchers in clinical therapeutics.
